I bought the peppermint pack that came with a free spearmint. I actually prefer the spearmint hands down. It’s not as potent on the burn and definitely tastes better. In my opinion. I usually gravitate towards spearmint in general so maybe I am biased but I would much prefer a 4 pack of spearmint to the peppermint. My husband said the peppermint helped his heartburn though so maybe a pack of 2 & 2 would be a good selection to have available!
